Monday, January 1, 2007 (New Delhi):
The anxious wait
of over 1.91 lakh students who had appeared for Common Admission Test
will be over on Tuesday.
The results of the entrance exam conducted for the IIMs and many other
B-schools will be released on Tuesday.
The CAT candidates are competing for 1,350 seats in the six IIMs.
The number of seats, however, is expected to be increased after the
Oversight Committee recommended a phased, 54 per cent hike in the
capacity of central educational institutions over the next three
years.
